First Jet Linx pilots complete Forbes 5-star training

In September Jet Linx inked a deal with Forbes Travel Guide to provide best practice training for customer service

Fast-growing jet card and jet management provider Jet Linx Aviation has graduated its inaugural pilot group through Forbes Travel Guide’s 5-star training and certification.

Last year Jet Linx opened new bases in Austin, Boston, Chicago, and New York, plus added a second base at Spirit of St. Louis Airport in addition to Lambert International Airport. It also expanded its terminal in Nashville.

In September it signed an agreement with Forbes Travel Guide, the latter’s first in private aviation.

In pact’s first phase, Forbes Travel Guide is comprehensively assessing and training all Client Services team members in Jet Linx’s 18 Base terminal locations, including its National Operations Center in Omaha, Nebraska.

The training covers both pre-flight and post-flight standards.

All Jet Linx flight crews were also set to undergo this process with Forbes’ customized inflight standards.

Now the first group of pilots has graduated from the training.

In a post on LinkedIn, Jet Linx CEO wrote, “Proud of our inaugural Jet Linx pilot group who received their 2020 Forbes Travel Guide Five Star training and certification.”

He added, “The commitment to serve our clients and fellow team members in a five-star fashion is and will be the customer service standard to meet for the private jet industry. Thank you to our team for raising the bar for Jet Linx and the industry.”

Jet Linx jet card

Jet Linx’s jet card is pay-as-you-go jet, although in December it also introduced a formalized deposit account program under the Flight Funds banner.

Based on your deposit, you get a 3% rebate on deposits of $150,000 or a 4% rebate on deposits of $250,000 or more.

In its busy 2019, the operator also launched a jet-sharing program, joining both XO and Wheels Up.
