The Pilatus PC-12 operator will begin scheduled and on-demand private charter flights from June 22

Popular Caribbean destination St. Barths is reopening its borders for visitors starting June 22. As a result, Tradewind Aviation has now reset its scheduled flights. It also offers private on-demand charters via its Pilatus PC-12 fleet.

Scheduled flights are from San Juan International Airport, allowing connections from either scheduled airlines or private jets. Via private jet, you can also connect via St. Thomas or St. Croix in the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Requirements for entry include a negative COVID-19 test performed within three days prior to arrival for immediate open access to move about the island.

Travelers arriving without a test result will be required to be tested within 24 hours upon arrival and remain in quarantine until test results are released.

Tradewind Aviation has also stepped up its health-hygiene protocols. All aircraft surfaces have been treated with EnviroSystems BioShield 75 Biostatic, which is an antimicrobial protectant that has been shown to be effective against viruses.

Additionally, its fleet is being disinfected and cleaned thoroughly before each flight and undergoes Ozone treatments regularly.

Tradewind has also removed non-essential onboard materials such as its in-flight magazine and catering.

Recently, Tradewind announced private shuttles in the Northeast for the summer.
