Victor adds customer ratings to private jet charter options

Client Preferred Operators must have a minimum 90% customer satisfaction rating for both the aircraft quality and service onboard

Victor, the U.K.-based private jet charter operator, has added customer feedback to its presentation of private jet charter options.

Client Preferred Operators must have a minimum of 90% customer satisfaction rating for both the aircraft quality and service onboard. These charter operators are identified by a star icon on each quotation to the client. Additionally, they must also demonstrate low levels of technical or flight recovery issues.

“We believe that transparency is critical when paying for a service and this new feature naturally builds on this value proposition. Adding a Client Preferred Operator symbol on quotes with the highest customer feedback is a smart and simple way to give our flyers even greater control, knowledge, and access to on-demand jet charter. We’re also excited for what this means for our network of partner operators, many of whom we have been working with the best part of 10 years,” said Toby Edwards, Victor’s co-CEO in a press release.

Several competitors have been trying to differentiate charter options recently. Last year, Vista Global Holdings said it was introducing quality ratings for its on-demand charter options for its XO brand.
