After rebranding from Keystone Aviation, Elevate Jet has made several executive appointments.

Elevate Jet is the charter operator, aircraft maintenance, aircraft sales, and aircraft management arm of Elevate Aviation Group.

EAG includes jet card and on-demand charter broker Private Jet Services Group.

Tom Chapman

Tom Chapman joins Elevate Jet as Regional Vice President of Managed Aircraft Sales.

He brings 30 years of aviation experience working with aircraft owners.

Most recently, he was EVP of Business Development at Volato.

He has also held management positions with XOJet, Bombardier, and Gulfstream Aerospace.

Chapman studied Aviation Administration at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

He holds an FAA Pilot’s License and formally served as a board chairman for an international aviation medical relief organization.

“I’m thrilled to be joining the Elevate Jet team during an exciting period of strategic growth. My primary goal as VP of Managed Aircraft Sales is to grow and expand our fleet of managed aircraft,” Chapman said.

“Tom’s career as a revenue and relationship-driven leader in the aviation industry supports our commitment to hands-on service that prioritizes client success,” said David Allen, COO of Elevate Jet.

Allen added, “His proven skills and notable accomplishments of producing $1B in aviation sales and services strengthen our continued growth strategy for the Elevate Jet managed fleet.”

Jamie Condo

Also, Jamie Condo is now the Director of Client Services at Elevate Jet.

She will lead day-to-day operations within the Charter Sales and Owner Services.

Condo’s experience in aviation includes nine years as an Air Traffic Control Specialist in the US Navy.

Previously, she was Director of Sports, Media, and Entertainment at Private Jet Services, where she managed complex itineraries, schedules, and logistics for global touring artists and aircraft sourcing for 121 trips.

Condo is originally from El Cajon, California, and graduated from Columbia Southern University with a Bachelor of Business Administration.

She is a member of Women In Aviation.

Perry Breitenstein

Additionally, Perry Breitenstein was named Director of Operations.

He was in a similar position with Keystone Aviation since earlier this year. He brings over 15,000 flight hours and 35 years in the aviation industry focused on Part 91 operations and Part 135 charter.

In his role, he will oversee the regulatory requirements and crew logistics that ensure the safe and efficient operation of the managed fleet of aircraft.

Breitenstein is a graduate of Embry Riddle Aeronautical University.

He has flown as an airline transport and commercial pilot, flight instructor, and FAA first-class medical pilot.

Mitchell Robson

Finally, Mitchell Robson has been promoted to Director of Maintenance at Elevate Jet.

He has been with Keystone since 2022 and brings over two decades of experience at Duncan Aviation, managing Bombardier and Cessna Citation projects and service in the US Navy and Air National Guard.

EAG acquired Keystone Aviation in January 2022.
