Sentient Jet is looking to win, place and possibly show with wealthy enthusiasts of horse racing with today’s announcement that it is taking a lifetime sponsorship of Lookin at Lee, the 2017 Kentucky Derby runner-up. The jet card seller signed as the Preferred Private Aviation Partner of the Kentucky Derby, Kentucky Oaks, and Churchill Downs in 2016 as well as serving as a longtime sponsor of the Breeders’ Cup World Championships and Fasig-Tipton.
In Private Jet Card Comparisons’ ongoing Elevator Pitch series, private aviation innovator Kenny Dichter gives a 300-word sales pitch on why you should consider Wheels Up. Dichter was a co-founder of Marquis Jet Partners in 2001 helping popularize the jet card concept. After selling Marquis Jet to NetJets, he launched Wheels Up on the back of the King Air 350i, a plane he calls the Land Rover of private aviation. You can read Dichter’s message here.
VistaJet is planning to abolish ferry flight fees for new Program customers globally as it extends the waiver to South America and Australia. An announcement is expected next week during EBACE in Geneva.
