Clay Lacy reported a 23% annual increase in charter activity during 2017
Clay Lacy Aviation, which manages private jets offering on-demand charter and its own Jet Card program has added 10 new charter jets and three new cities following a 23% in charter activity during 2017. New locations include Miami-Opa Locka Airport, Portsmouth International Airport in New Hampshire, and Lewis University Airport outside Chicago/Romeoville, Illinois.

Business aviation eclipsed three million flights for the first time since 2008, according to TRAQPak. Overall, total business flight activity in 2017 was at the highest rate of growth since 2014. Flight activity increased across all operational categories for a combined increase of 3.9%. The researcher said, 2017 produced year over year increases each month, with Thursday continuing to be the busiest day of the week for flight activity.
Star Jets International sells on-demand charter and Jet Cards
Blue Star Jets founder Ricky Sitomer is moving forward with his new venture, Star Jets International, with his goal of acquiring other charter brokers. Advanced Defense Technologies, Inc. (OTC PINK:ADCF) (OTC PINK:ADCFD) announced that FINRA approved its corporate actions application for a corporate name change to Star Jets International, Inc., a new stock symbol, JETR, representing its business as a private jet charter company, and a 1-for-100 reverse stock split; all to be effective as of February 12, 2018.
