Jet Linx Takes An Airbnb Business Model To The Skies

Omaha, Nebraska-based Jet Linx has 1,300 clients and 90 airplanes and is expanding its private jet program to more of the country using what it describes as an Airbnb model. 

It has plans to open bases in New York and California with initiation fees ranging from $12,500 to $17,500 and hourly rates from $3,375 to $8,250. Executives say it offers some key differences from operators such as NetJets and Flexjet.  Read more…
