| Ukraine | Suspension of the arrivals of all foreigners and the enactment restrictive border controls due to the outbreak of COVID-19, starting from 14 March. International passengers will not be allowed to enter and/or transit Ukraine. Passengers will not be allowed to enter Ukraine for a period of two weeks, until 3 April 2020. This does not apply to nationals of Ukraine, to residents of Ukraine, to spouses and children of Ukrainian nationals, to representatives of official international and diplomatic organizations (and their family members), to crewmembers, and to representatives of humanitarian missions (and their family members). On 17 March 2020, at 00:00 local time (GMT+2), all border crossing points will be closed (for any international border crossing) for a period of two weeks, until 3 April 2020. This does not apply to border crossings required to safeguard national interests, and to representatives of diplomatic organizations and humanitarian missions.
