Mayo Aviation President Brent Moldowan is the new CEO and President of George J. Priester Aviation, the parent of Mayo, Hill Private Aviation, and Priester Aviation.

According to the announcement, the move marks the “creation of a new leadership team structure, further enhancing company-wide support of its brands.”

Moldowan will head up day-to-day operations, strengthening the company’s regional bases and customer-facing teams directly serving and interacting with clients.

Andy Priester continues as chairman, overseeing and implementing the company’s larger vision.

As part of the structure, Priester Aviation in the Midwest, Mayo in the West, and Hill Private Aviation in the Southeast will each have a president.

Moldowan joined Denver-based Mayo in 2019. Previous industry experience includes Wyvern, FlightApps, and Stellar Labs.

“We’re confident in Brent uniting our entire team together where technology and best practices can be shared. His experience provides a cohesive way to support our front-line employees, who have built long-standing relationships with and understand the unique needs of our customers in each region,” said Priester.

Moldowan will join the George J. Priester Aviation leadership team, which includes Viviana Kozin, Chief Operating Officer; Ron Carlstrom, Chief Financial Officer; Rich Ropp, Chief Sales and Services Officer; and Stephanie Mueller, Chief Talent Officer.

Mayo and Hill are recent acquisitions by Priester Aviation, which formed a parent company under the George J. Priester Aviation banner last year.
