Jet card and membership flight provider Magellan Jets will allow new jet card customers to request a refund for unused funds.
Boston-based Magellan Jets offers first-time jet card customers a money-back satisfaction guarantee starting today.
New clients who purchase and fund a jet card by March 31st, 2025, can request a refund of unused funds if anything about their first flight does not meet their expectations.
To be eligible, they must complete their first flight within 30 days of funding their jet card.
The refund must be requested within five business days of the flight.
There normal 15% restocking fee for unused funds is being waived for this promotion.

The company, founded in 2008, offers several types of jet cards and memberships.
Cards and membership offer both guaranteed availability and fixed hourly rates.
