FAA updates Part 135 operators, charter aircraft for April 2025

The latest Federal Aviation Administration list of Part 135 charter operators enables you to search aircraft by tail number.

Before your next charter or jet card flight, check the operator and tail number against the most recently updated list of Part 135 operators and aircraft.

The Federal Aviation Administration published the most recent list on April 4, 2025.

The latest FAA list included 11,452 tails for all aircraft types, from helicopters and piston aircraft to private jets.

That’s up from 11,406 aircraft in March.

That’s an increase of 0.4% sequentially.

In total, there are 1,821 Part 135 operators as of April 2025.

The FAA list of Part 135 Charter Operators includes the Certificate Holder Name, Certificate Designator, FAA District Officer, Aircraft Registration Number, Aircraft Serial Number, and Aircraft Model Type.
