Club JSX, a new frequent flyer program, gives 5% credits for applicable charges that can be used for future JSX flights, seat assignments.
A day after taking home the top spot in Travel + Leisure’s annual poll of readers, JSX said it has launched its first-ever loyalty program.
The JSX frequent flyer program is called Club JSX.
JSX operates about 140 flights daily.
It serves 28 destinations in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Nevada, New Mexico, New York, Texas, and Los Cabos, Mexico.
It currently operates 48 Embraer Regional Jets, which have been converted to a roomier seating configuration.
Passengers receive complimentary Starlink WiFi, checked luggage, and a selection of drinks and snacks.
Chief Commercial Officer David Drabinsky says, “Club JSX isn’t built around gimmicks or wavering valuation. It’s built on the very same principles that continuously earn us the highest customer satisfaction ratings in our industry: simplicity, generosity, and respect.”
He adds, “With the launch of Club JSX, we’re doubling down on what matters most: trust, transparency, and treating our Customers like people, not points.”
