Phantom 3500

Otto Aviation Phantom 3500 profile, including current pricing, manufacturing dates, cabin size and passenger capacity, range, speed, baggage space, fractional ownership and jet card options.

The Phantom 3500 is the first aircraft from start-up manufacturer Otto Aerospace.

The estimated list price for the Phantom 3500 is $19.5 million.

The Phantom 3500 will compete in the super-midsize segment.

It offers a cabin 6 feet, 5 inches tall with a flat-floor cabin.

It is expected to seat up to nine passengers in the cabin.

Traditional windows in the passenger cabin are replaced with high-definition digital displays that integrate real-time external views.

The first flight for the new business jet is expected to take place in 2027.

It is expected to enter commercial service as a private jet in 2030.

In September 2025, Otto announced Flexjet as its launch fleet customer.

The two companies described it as “one of the largest aircraft orders to an OEM in business aviation history.”

Flexjet placed a firm order for 300 Phantom 3500s.

List price value of the order is $5.85 billion.
