The U.K. private jet charter broker says capped rate jet cards now account for 40% membership sales
Air Charter Service, which sells jet card programs with both U.S. and European service areas, reports its capped rate jet cards now account for 40% of jet card sales. The capped rate product was launched in August 2018.
In a press release, Tim Rees, ACS’s jet card manager, commented, “It’s easy to see the appeal of the Capped Rate Jet Card scheme. It allows clients to budget for the year by giving them a fixed rate, capped price, but allows them to benefit from market prices at the time of booking which generally saves the customer money.”
Several jet card programs offer fixed rates and guaranteed availability in both the U.S. and Europe
If you are planning to take a European vacation this summer, or perhaps you travel to Europe on business, several U.S. jet cards give you fixed rates and guaranteed availability on the other side of the pond.
European jet cards for the U.S.-based flier
While there are more providers that offer Europe-only
solutions, if you are flying privately here in the U.S. sometimes it’s nice to
have a one-size fits all option. To find those companies that can help you on
both sides of the Atlantic, we scoured the Private Jet Card Comparisons
database of over 50 providers and more than 300 programs.
The broker of jet cards and on-demand
charter is continuing its expansion in North America with an office in Atlanta
U.K.-based Air Charter Service has opened its sixth office in the United States in Atlanta. It’s the 24th office for the seller of jet cards and on-demand charter. More will be announced in the next few months, according to a press release received by Private Jet Card Comparisons.
The new jet card combines dynamic pricing, capped one-way rates and the opportunity to customize its program to your specific needs
If you refuse to buy jet cards because you think you will be paying a higher rate than on-demand charter, the Empyrean Capped Rate Account from Air Charter Service could be worth a look. If you always buy jet cards because you want to lock in a fixed hourly one-way rate with guaranteed availability, but feel like you are paying more than you need for some trips, the Empyrean Capped Rate Account from Air Charter Service could be worth a look. If you would prefer the convenience of a jet card to gathering quotes from multiple brokers for each trip, the Empyrean Capped Rate Account from Air Charter Service could be worth a look. In other words, the Air Charter Service Empyrean Capped Rate Account is attempting to appeal to a very wide market of private aviation users, not necessarily an easy task.
