Moody’s Investors Service has completed a periodic review of the ratings of One Sky Flight, LLC. It includes other ratings that are associated with the same unit. OneSky includes Flexjet, the second-largest fractional provider, leading jet card provider Sentient Jet, plus on-demand charter brokers FXAIR and PrivateFly.
Directional Aviation’s OneSky Flight LLC unit has acquired Associated Aircraft Group from Lockheed Martin, a spokesperson for the company confirmed. The deal was first reported by Aviation International News yesterday.
Add Directional Aviation’s FXAIR to the list of jet card and membership sellers that offer customers the ability to avoid the 7.5% Federal Excise Tax for 2021 and beyond. Sister brands Flexjet and Sentient Jet earlier announced similar deals.
