Victor, the U.K.-based private jet charter operator, has added customer feedback to its presentation of private jet charter options.
Client Preferred Operators must have a minimum of 90% customer satisfaction rating for both the aircraft quality and service onboard. These charter operators are identified by a star icon on each quotation to the client. Additionally, they must also demonstrate low levels of technical or flight recovery issues.

Jet Linx wants to bring you the same level of service and attention to detail you get when you step into a 5-star rate hotel, at least those that get the top ranking from Forbes Travel Guide. Examples include New York’s Baccarat Hotel, Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong, Le Bristol Paris, and The Peninsula Beverly Hills.
According to a press release, Jet Linx will be the guide’s first private aviation partner and the partnership will be exclusive. The companies said, “The collaboration will exclusively enable Jet Linx to establish and implement Forbes Travel Guide’s preeminent and unparalleled standards of service excellence in private aviation, as well as to collaborate with FTG in the creation of customized, proprietary Jet Linx standards of service excellence.”
