Last month VistaJet came up with an innovative short-term solution to the COVID-19 Coronavirus crisis. The answer was to offer its fleet of silver and red Bombardier private jets on short-term leases, starting at just one month. The leases include crews and even flight hours. We caught up with Chief Commercial Officer Ian Moore to get the details.

VistaJet History and Overview
VistaJet was founded in 2004 by Swiss entrepreneur Thomas Flohr. It operates a fleet of over 70 owned Bombardier aircraft, all with consistent branding, livery, and amenities for its on-demand charter and prepaid member program customers.
The company is based in Malta with global offices in London, New York and Hong Kong. In 2018, Flohr formed a holding company, Dubai-based Vista Global Holding. VGH has since acquired XOJET, JetSmarter (with the brokerages combined into XO), Red Wing Aero, Apollo Jets and Talon Air.
VistaJet’s U.S. fleet is operated by XOJET Aviation (Review private jet membership company M&A activity with our PRIVATE AVIATION DEAL BOOK.) and recently announced plans to add 50 light jets for its XO brand.
In 2020, VistaJet launched its first dedicated program targeting corporate accounts. It also expanded its Private World collaborations with luxury travel advisors.
