Bethany, OK-based Private Jets Inc. (previously Oklahoma Executive Jets) has expanded its Thunder Wings Jet Card program to include access to all aircraft in the company’s fleet. According to its website, its fleet includes 17 aircraft ranging from a Cirrus SR22 to a pair of Challenger 300 Super Mid jets.

According to a press release, the Thunder Wings program allows customers to pre-purchase flight time in bulk and receive discounted rates for their air travel. Not all planes were previously part of the program.

Eric Wells, president and director of operations said, “The program is ideal for the sophisticated buyer of charter travel. Expanding Thunder Wings to include our entire fleet gives our customers additional flexibility as they make their travel plans.”

According to Private Jets, Inc., benefits of the Thunder Wings program over on-demand charter includes “waiving some fees and surcharges typically included in one-time flight costs.”

The company’s website lists the following benefits to its jet card program:

  • Pilot fees and taxes on flying days included in rates
  • Short-leg fees waived
  • Access to Private Jets’ complete fleet
  • No fuel surcharge with some exceptions

“We see jet card membership programs increasing in popularity across the industry,” Wells said. “It’s certainly something we think our customers can benefit from.”
