XOJET sets perks with Fairchild Napa Valley for top jet card members

XOJET Preferred Access and Elite Access program members receive VIP tasting experiences with the company’s newest lifestyle partner

XOJET has been bulking up its lifestyle partnerships over the past 18 months, and its newest, with Fairchild Napa Valley, gives its top-tier jet card members – Preferred and Elite Access level – the ability to acquire the maker’s wines, but enjoy visits and other experiences not offered to the general public.

Fairchild Napa Valley, created by Lawrence Fairchild, is comprised of the Fairchild (G-III and Sigaro) and the Stones series. Raised on a farm in Nebraska, Fairchild spent the early part of his career working in Washington, DC, before letting his love of wine led him to Napa Valley. Since then, two of Fairchild’s Cabernets have received a perfect score of 100 from Robert Parker.

In 2011, he launched the Stones label, single-vineyard wines with renowned winemaker Philippe Melka. From G-III to Sigaro to wines within the Stones portfolio, Fairchild’s grapes are sourced from the most exclusive blocks in Napa Valley. The resulting wines have an aging potential into the next 20 to 30 years, and each has been rated between 95 and 100 points by Robert Parker. Its Cabernets are often produced in minimal quantities and allocated to past buyers. Deserving of its cult status amongst wine collectors, Fairchild has released some of the most highly rated wines in Napa. Because the wines are not available in restaurants or retail, the founder knows just about everyone who owns his wines.

Asked how he has created such a successful venture in a short time, Fairchild told XOJET’s blog, “For the first few years, nobody knows who you are. But if you’re creating a wine of great quality, the rest will fall into place. The palates of our clients are incredible; they know if a wine is of the highest caliber. Fortunately, our wines show extremely well…Since our wines are all allocated and not available for retail or restaurants, I am fortunate to have met almost everyone who owns the wines.”

Some recent lifestyle partner additions to the XOJET portfolio include Onefinestay, Sea Island, Peter Millar, Ship Sticks, and Monticello Motor Club. The company was also recently in the news when it announced that it had agreed to be acquired by VistaJet parent Vista Global.
