Florida-based broker Privé Jets, which sells both on-demand charter and a variety of jet cards, was named North America’s Leading Private Jet Charter by the World Travel Awards. It’s the fourth time Privé Jets has been recognized with the award and the second consecutive year winning the award. The World Travel Awards celebrates the commitment to excellence from key players in the travel, tourism and hospitality industries, according to a press release.
The 26th Annual World Travel Awards Gala Ceremony for the Caribbean and North America was held in Montego Bay, Jamaica on January 28th, 2019. In previous years, Privé Jets has won “Leading Private Jet Charter” in regions like South America as well as The Caribbean.

Founded in 2007, Privé Jets offers both standard jet cards, plus pay as you go membership jet cards, custom jet cards as well as a jet card specifically for Mexico-based fliers. The company is an offshoot of Miami-based Forest Travel and specializes in combining both vacation and business travel arrangements for its private aviation customers while supporting the private jet needs of the travel agency. Forest Travel is part of the Virtuoso network, a consortium of several hundred luxury travel agencies that combined have over $25 billion in annual revenues. Prive placed on the Inc. 5000 list for six consecutive years. In 2015, its estimated sales were $28.5 million.
