Its Distance Card calculates pricing based on mileage instead of hours

Airstream Jets if offering discounts of up to $2,000 with the purchase of a Distance Card through July 19, 2019.

There is a $500 discount on the Silver Jet Card with $25,000 prepaid flight value and the $100,000 Gold Jet Card gets a savings of $2,000, plus one free cabin category upgrade.

Distance Card rates are based on miles and range $9 to $24 across five cabin categories, starting with very light jets, and then light jets, midsize, super midsize and large cabin.

Airstream’s formula provides quantifiable pricing. Fixed rate jet cards use either estimated or actual flight time, so while you know your hourly rate, the actual flight costs are based on individual flights.

With its mileage-based formula, you just calculate the price based on the miles of your flight and size jet. Rates are broken down by distance as well.

For example, a 1,000-mile flight on a light jet is $13 per mile, or $13,000 plus 7.5% Federal Excise Tax.

Airstream also offers stackable 5% discounts for booking at least 14 days in advance, giving Airstream the ability to flex your flight by a day in either direction of your preferred departure, flying to or from specific hub airports and qualifying same day roundtrips and multi-leg itineraries.
