JetSuite Experiences by Embark Beyond offers customers bespoke travel experiences, including special access at major sporting and cultural events

Dallas-based charter operator JetSuite is offering its customers VIP access to the U.S. Open tennis championship being held in New York City August 26 through September 8, 2019.

SuiteKey jet card members and on-demand charter customers can take advantage of the JetSuite Experiences program to attend the Open with premium seating, luxury hotel suites, player meet and greets, official after parties, and opportunities to show off their skills at the USTA National Tennis Center.

The U.S. Open offerings are part of a broad partnership with Embark, the luxury travel agency, launched in May. Last year, JetSuite relaunched its jet card program offering gourmet catering and perks for top tier members, including free helicopter transfers via Blade.

“Today’s luxury travelers are looking for exceptional, insider experiences that start the moment they step onboard to the moment they return home. There is nothing cookie-cutter about how and why our clients travel,” said Stephanie Chung, president of JetSuite in a prepared statement.

While Embark, a Virtuoso agency, designs travel experiences specific to what each client wants, suggestions include the Axel Vervoordt-designed penthouse at the Greenwich Hotel. The hotel features a Shibui Spa, ideal for relaxation before or after watching tennis.

JetSuite offers custom travel experiences for customers via a partnership with Embark Beyond, a luxury travel agency that is part of the $25 billion Virtuoso network.

In addition to major events, JetSuite Experiences offers custom travel arrangements to a variety of destinations, including Miami, San Francisco, Santa Barbara, Napa/Sonoma, and Aspen.

JetSuite’s jet card program

JetSuite offers three jet card levels, pegged at deposits of $100,000, $250,000 and $500,000. Members buy into either its Embraer Phenom 300 or Phenom 100 fleet and can switch between types via an interchange program. Non-peak lead time for reservations is 48 hours and there are fixed hourly rates.

The operator owns its fleet, and aircraft are approximately 10 years old or less. Founded by former JetBlue and Virgin Atlantic executive Alex Wilcox, JetSuite counts JetBlue and Qatar Airways as strategic investors.
