After leaving Dumont Aviation Group last month following the exit of its CEO Kevin Wargo, Christopher Tasca and Amber Martin have re-emerged as co-founders and directors of Alliance Aviation, a new jet card, on-demand charter, and aircraft sales brokerage.
At Dumont, Tasca led its retail charter sales, including building its jet card programs, while Martin was the director of corporate relations. Dumont is in the middle of a large expansion, acquiring over 25 Dassault Falcon 2000s from NetJets, refurbishing them, and then offering them via sale with management, fractional ownership, and jet cards.
According to the Alliance website, Tasca’s credits include selling more than 3,500 jet card and over 7,000 flights. He also holds a private pilot’s license. Martin, who came to private aviation after working in aviation and finance, helped facilitate 150 aircraft sales and acquisitions during her tenure with Dumont.
As part of its launch, Alliance Aviation is offering a best price guarantee for comparable aircraft with on-demand charter. Its jet card program offers a 100% refundable, money-back guarantee.
Key jet card benefits include guaranteed availability with eight hours’ notice, fixed hourly rates, no repositioning costs, no fuel surcharges, complimentary catering and ground transportation, no blackout dates, and flexibility to upgrade or downgrade cabin size for each trip.
Pricing per hour is based on five options:
Primary aircraft being sourced include the Hawker 400XP, Phenom 300, Hawker 800XP, Learjet 60, Citation XLS+, Citation X, Challenger 300, Falcon 50EX, Falcon 2000, Gulfstream IVSP/450 and Challenger 605.
Fixed-rate service area includes Mexico, Canada, the Caribbean, Alaska, and Hawaii with surcharges, in addition to the U.S. mainland.
As part of the launch, Alliance has set up a concierge services team to handle hotel and dining as well as trip experiences, in addition to transfers and catering.
“From the time you book your flight until the time you return home, we can provide everything you need,” Tasca says.
Alliance has 24/7 flight support. It will also offer brokerage for turboprop, helicopter, freight, and medical charters. The company is operating from offices in Providence, Rhode Island, and Orlando.
The company has been marketing special rates starting at $4,105 per hour with a minimum purchase of 25 hours. Alliance has not yet supplied data to be included in the Private Jet Cardcomparisons database of over 50 providers and more than 300 jet card programs.
