The sibling of JetSuite, JSX offers scheduled flights from private jet terminals in the western U.S.
In a letter to customers, JetSuite and JSX CEO Alex Wilcox outlined a number of actions the executive jet schedule services provider is taking in light of the Covid-19 Coronavirus pandemic.
Flights continue to operate from Burbank, Orange County, Phoenix, Las Vegas, Oakland, and East Bay/Napa/Concord.
Wilcox said aircraft and private lounges are being thoroughly sterilized throughout the day.
“While we strongly encourage you to follow all the recommended protocols in your community, we want to remind you that we are here to serve you with daily flights should you have a vital reason to travel,” Wilcox wrote.
He added, “We are taking every precaution to ensure our operations and actions are in accordance with the recommendations of the government, state officials and medical professionals to keep you safe.”
Additionally, all fees for canceling or changing your travel plans on jsx.com are waived until further notice.
While JSX sells individual seats on its scheduled flights, Wilcox also outlined its full aircraft charter options available on its 30-seat Embraer 135/145 jets. Uses include flying medical or technical personnel to impacted regions or supporting continuing operations.
In the email, Wilcox wrote, “Our mission of delivering ‘Joyful, Simple Xperiences’ as the nation’s only hop-on air carrier was built around getting you where you need to be as quickly as possible by eliminating airport dwell time with no lines, non-evasive security screenings and all non-stop flights on 30-seat aircraft to private terminals in convenient locations.”
He concluded, “We look forward to welcoming you back onboard soon and wish you and your loved ones health and peace during this turbulent time.”
