Miami-based Prive Jets is creating a reduced deposit program at $50,000. Hourly rates are the same as its $100,000 deposit jet card.
Light jet rates for the new program are $4,815 per hour. Midsize jets are $6,265 on an hourly basis, with super mids at $8,905, and heavy private jets at $12,565.
The jet card broker is cutting daily minimums for light and midsize jets to 90 minutes, plus taxi time. That change is limited to flights east of the Mississippi. Previously, the minimums were 120 minutes, plus taxi time.
Lead time for reservations for flights with the lower daily minimum goes from to 24 hours from 8 hours.
All other policies remain unchanged, COO Andres Arboleda tells Private Jet Card Comparisons. He says data on its website will be updated later this week.
Prive is a division of Miami’s Forest Travel, a Virtuoso travel agency. Prive is also a preferred supplier to the consortium of luxury travel agencies. Last year Virtuoso recorded over $25 billion in sales.
The private jet charter broker is also continuing with its pay-as-you-go memberships that provided fixed one-way rates and guaranteed availability. Annual memberships start at $9,000 for light jet access.
Jet cards providing fixed one-way rates and guaranteed availability are an important part of company and UHNW emergency planning strategies.
