Map-based business aviation search platform FlyEasy.co allows users the ability to search and request trip pricing from aircraft operators worldwide

Directional Aviation’s Tuvoli has added FlyEasy.co in an acquisition expected to be announced later today. It is a sister company to Flexjet, Sentient Jet, FXAIR, PrivateFly, and Associated Aircraft Group, a helicopter operator acquired last week.

FlyEasy is a map-based B2B private aviation search platform that allows users to search and request trip pricing from operators worldwide.

The platform targets charter operators and brokers who use it to source inventory for their customers. However, it can also be accessed by consumers and provides a wide listing of empty legs. Brokers already use its empty leg feed, and consumers who visit the site can scan the ferry flights as well.

In 2019, Wheels Up acquired tech platform Avianis. Vista Global Holding pointed to technology as a key reason for its acquisition of JetSmarter that same year.

Directional launched Tuvoli in October 2019 as a platform to streamline payment friction between brokers and operators.

In the not too distant future, the FlyEasy products will role into the Tuvoli website, although the brand will remain.
