Qatar Airways private jet subsidiary Qatar Executive has added three more Gulfstream 650ERs to its fleet. The operator now has 11 of the type.
“Despite the ongoing challenges of the pandemic, we continue to invest in our fleet, operating the youngest, most fuel-efficient and technologically-advanced aircraft in the skies,” said Qatar Airways CEO Akbar Al-Baker.
He added, “This strategic investment in sustainable twin-engine jets has enabled us to continue flying during these challenging times. As global travel recovers, our customers can rely on us to fly greener and smarter.”
Qatar Airways offers a global jet card under its Diamond Agreement. The program requires buying 50 hours and offers fixed hourly one-way pricing worldwide. It is also the launch customer for the G700.
