Following its expansion to Florida and fleet growth, Airshare is expanding its sales team

Airshare announced two new additions to its sales team.

Rob Black and Harvey Murphy each join the ninth-largest private jet flight provider as vice presidents.  

Black joins Airshare after serving as Director of Sales at Jet It.  

During his tenure as a founding employee, he reached more than $100 million in sales.  

Black will lead Airshare’s recent expansion to the Sunshine State.  

“With my experience in fractional sales within the region, I’m ready to hit the ground running to support Airshare’s expansion here. From the aircraft to the various unique program offerings, to the outstanding culture and customer service at Airshare, customers in Florida will find themselves right at home with us, whether traveling for business or pleasure,” he said.  

Murphy joins from Directional’s FXAIR, where he also served as vice president.  

He will lead sales for the Chicago, Indianapolis, and Buffalo markets.  

“As a Midwest native, and having called Chicago home for several years, I’m excited,” Murphy said.  

He added, “Our fleet and pricing model is perfect for Midwest travelers and well positioned to support both regional and nationwide travel. I look forward to providing a tailored approach to the residents in these markets.”   

“Rob and Harvey are both outstanding additions to our sales team,” said Chief Revenue Officer Dylan Haynie.

“Having them lead sales in these regions will help us significantly enhance our brand presence there and generate new business across our entire suite of private aviation solutions.”  

Airshare plans to add the Northeast U.S. as a primary service area in the next year.

It offers fractional ownership on the Challenger 3500 and Phenom 300, plus jet cards on the Embraer light jet.
