Private Jet Card Comparisons has donated over $5,000 to Homes For Our Troops and AeroAngels.

The charitable donations were part of a thank you to subscribers who completed its annual readership survey.

A total of $3,380 was donated to Homes For Our Troops, and $2,140 was donated to AeroAngels.

Respondents could choose between the two charities at the end of the survey.

Homes For Our Troops builds and donates specially adapted custom homes nationwide for severely injured post-9/11 Veterans, enabling them to rebuild their lives.

Most of these Veterans have sustained injuries, including multiple limb amputations, partial or full paralysis, and severe traumatic brain injury.

These homes restore some of the freedom and independence our Veterans sacrificed while defending our country and enable them to focus on their family, recovery, and rebuilding their lives.

Since its inception in 2004, nearly 90 cents out of every dollar spent has gone directly to program services for Veterans.

AeroAngel was founded by Denver attorney and commercial pilot Mark Pestal.

His passion for aviation and a desire to help others led him to create a unique model of using volunteer professional pilots to fly high-performance aircraft whose owners donated the use of the aircraft.

AeroAngel’s use of pressurized turbine aircraft allows it to make flights in most weather conditions over long distances.

AeroAngel limits its flights primarily to critically ill children who cannot fly on a commercial airline flight due to their fragile medical conditions and critical care needs.
