Chapman Freeborn names Mersek as SVP, Sales

Private jet charter broker Chapman Freeborn has elevated Aniko Mersek to its top sales position in the Americas.

Private jet charter broker Chapman Freeborn has promoted Aniko Mersek to Senior Vice President of Sales for the Americas.

Mersek will be responsible for the day-to-day sales functions and execution of the passenger team.

That includes implementing long-term, strategic growth plans for the region, such as onboarding and developing larger, more targeted accounts supporting forecasted growth.

Mersek will also assist and mentor the company’s air chartering sales division.

After four years with Marriott International, she joined Chapman in 2008, holding positions in Dubai and Houston.

She left in 2014 before returning in 2018 as a Senior Passenger Charter Broker before being promoted.

Americas President David McCown said, “Aniko has been a real force in our company’s continued success since first joining Chapman Freeborn in 2008. I know the entire team joins me in congratulating her on her well-deserved promotion, and we look forward to all that she will accomplish in her new position.”
