The Air Charter Safety Foundation has completed its Industry Audit Standard, or IAS, for Flexjet.

Flexjet was the first operator to obtain the ACSF’s IAS registry and has since completed nine successful consecutive audits.

Flexjet, the second-largest U.S. fractional/charter operator, also earned active conformance for the FAA’s SMS Voluntary Program, the highest level possible.

The IAS is a comprehensive aviation audit for Part 135 and Part 91 aircraft operators.

ACSF President Bryan Burns said, “Flexjet’s achievement in passing the IAS audit is a testament to their unwavering commitment to safety and operational excellence. This level of compliance and best practices sets a benchmark for safety in the aviation industry. When passengers see the ACSF Audit-Registered seal on an operator’s website, they can be assured that they’re flying on a safe aircraft with a highly qualified crew that follows the latest standards from ICAO Annex 19 and FAA Part 5.”

“At Flexjet, safety is a top priority, and achieving these accolades requires our aircraft, flight, operations, and safety divisions to operate at the highest possible level, said Mike Silvestro, Flexjet Co-Chief Executive Officer.

He added, “For more than a decade, Flexjet has continued to requalify and earn safety and precision accolades in all areas of our business, and seeing all of them combined brings pride to all of us for the work we do and how we do it.”
