Guests at The Emory, Maybourne’s newest London luxury hotel, are eligible for helicopter transfers when arriving by private jet.
Luxury London hotel The Emory and Flexjet have entered into a partnership providing complimentary helicopter transfers.
Guests of the all-suite hotel arriving in London via private jet at Farnborough, Biggin Hill, Luton, or Stansted airports will be flown by Flexjet helicopter to The London Heliport at Battersea.
From there, they will be picked up by The Emory house car and taken to the hotel.
The hotel opened in May and is part of the Maybourne Hotel Collection.
Claridge’s, The Connaught, and The Berkeley are part of the group.
The Emory features 61 suites over nine floors, including a 3,229-square-foot wraparound glass penthouse.
Guests can access a private rooftop lounge, Bar 33, and The Emory Cigar Merchants.
Maybourne COO Roland Fasel says, “At The Emory, we are always striving to see how we can set new standards in service style, and this collaboration with Flexjet allows our guests the ultimate transfer in the capital.”
“We are delighted to be working with The Emory to offer this unique advantage to their guests, enhancing what is already one of London’s most exceptional hotel experiences. Our collaboration provides not only seamless, door-to-door transport for private travelers staying at The Emory – saving over an hour of driving time – but also a memorable arrival over the London skyline,” says Flexjet, Inc. Co-CEO Michael Silvestro.
The helicopter transfer is available to guests booking any suite type and arriving at the specified airports by private jet.
The offer requires at least 72 hours’ notice.
It is subject to availability on selected peak days.
Guests using the service can also access preferential rates for further Flexjet helicopter transfers during their stay.
The Flexjet helicopter fleet features the Sikorsky S-76, seating up to eight passengers plus two pilots.
It can fly at 155 knots per hour with a range of 300 nautical miles.
