By-the-seat private jet flight provider JSX has again earned a 5-star rating from the Airline Passenger Experience Association, which goes by APEX.

JSX, which uses reconfigured regional jets to offer scheduled flights between private terminals, was also recognized for its inflight connectivity.

Other 5-star rated airlines include Air Canada, Air France, Cathay Pacific, Delta Air Lines, Korean Air, Lufthansa, Swiss, United Airlines, and Virgin Atlantic.

Alaska Airlines was the best major U.S. airline.

JSX won in the regional airline category, where it was the only airline to earn a top rating.

It was also recognized in the innovation category for its free Starlink WiFi.

Voting is through APEX’s partnership with TripIt from Concur.

Passengers rated more than one million flights across nearly 600 airlines.

Results were third-party audited, according to APEX.

Earlier this year, Travel + Leisure named JSX the top U.S. airline in its annual reader awards.
