Jet AI debuts Ava as AI charter booking agent

Jet AI says it has launched an “agentic AI model” to book private jet charters called Ava.

According to the press release, flyers “can now conveniently book private jets by calling or texting +1-888-492-4538, where the AI provides real-time aircraft availability, transparent pricing, and expert guidance to help users select the perfect jet for their journey.”

The company, which recently announced a new light jet fractional program, says Ava “enables full conversational experience via SMS, responding to inquiries, sharing details, and providing a direct link to the CharterGPT app for seamless trip management.”

At the same time, Jet AI says it has made several updates to its CharterGPT.

Improvements include enhanced push notifications.

This allows flyers to stay updated with real-time changes to travel reservations.

Also new is carbon tracking and offsetting.

Lastly, Jet AI says, “Ava can conclude a text conversation by providing a link that automatically opens the CharterGPT app, where the traveler can access the discussed trip.”

Founder and Executive Chairman Mike Winston says, “The launch of our agentic AI model marks a new era in private jet booking, providing customers with a helpful solution while minimizing costs from our end.”

He continues, “Because of the high dollar price and unique aspects of private travel, we are committed to having a human in the loop. But the later in the booking process that happens, the better our productivity.”

Winston added, “In all our tests, Ava has been a champion, always poised, well-informed, and on point. The next step for the company is to ask Ava to begin calling charter operators to confirm availability and pricing.”
