Abby Feruck joins Jets.com as senior director of partnership as the private jet flight provider looks to extend its lifestyle benefits.
Jets.com is looking to expand its reach with its first-ever senior director of partnerships.
Abby Feruck joins from Wheels Up.
Feruck tells Private Jet Card Comparisons the role is designed to drive strategic growth and deliver enhanced value to clients.
The new role comes after Jet.com’s jet card relaunch earlier this year.
Feruck says, “With demand for curated, high-touch experiences continuing to rise, Jets.com is investing in long-term collaborations with luxury brands and like-minded organizations that share its client-first philosophy.”
Co-founder Manni Scarso says, “We are thrilled to welcome Abby to the Jets.com family.”
He adds, “Her experience and creativity will be key in building a best-in-class partnerships program that introduces us to new clients and adds meaningful value for our loyal fliers.”
Feruck will lead the company’s partnership strategy.
Plans call for collaborating with private wealth firms, lifestyle services, and top-tier brands.
Scarso says the goal is to “enrich the experience” for the company’s over 1,400 clients.
Jets.com says its jet card program currently has a renewal rate of over 90%.
Before her tenure at Wheels Up, she held business development roles at Okapi AI and the Atlanta Falcons.
She is a graduate of the University of South Carolina.
Feruck says, “What drew me to Jets.com was its focus on authenticity, elevated service, and how thoughtfully it tailors the experience for each client.”
She adds, “I’m excited to help create a program that delivers truly unique value to both our clients and our partners.”
Jets.com is currently a partner for Bank of America’s Preferred Rewards program and Goldman Sachs.
It also has a partnership with the Grey Oaks Country Club in Naples.
Feruck says, “I always emphasize our 17+ year track record, our status as a privately held company, and the fact that our three founders remain as actively involved today as they were at inception.”
