Add a specialized Sleep program to VistaJet’s programming lineup.

The company is known for catering to oenophiles, kids, luxury travelers, and gourmands.

Its Private World offers VIP access to events.

Previous services have focused on in-flight beauty treatments.

Sleep was created in response to an increase in long-haul travel.

Over 58% of VistaJet flights cross multiple time zones, many overnight.

Its Global 7500 fleet can fly for more than 15 hours nonstop.

Research from McKinsey shows that two-thirds of global executives are dissatisfied with how much they sleep.

The program applies scientific principles of recovery, circadian alignment, and cognitive performance to transform rest in-flight into a restorative advantage.

Dr. Peter Attia

Sleep was developed in collaboration with longevity and health expert Dr. Peter Attia, MD.

He is the founder of Early Medical, a bestselling author, and host of The Drive podcast.

Atta worked with VistaJet’s in-house nutritionist and a team of specially trained cabin hosts.

The VistaJet Sleep program integrates evidence-based circadian management, light control, and nutrition protocols into every stage of the journey.

Each element is designed to help flyers arrive at their destination refreshed, balanced, and ready to perform — regardless of who is traveling and for what purpose.

Attia says, “Sleep is a critical component of health, performance, and longevity — yet it is often the first thing disrupted by travel.”

He adds, “By creating an environment where light, rest, and recovery are carefully shaped to support circadian alignment, traveling becomes a restorative experience instead of a disruptive one.”

How VistaJet Sleep works

There are several stages.

The first is pre-sleep.

Cabin hosts prepare the cabin according to each member’s preferred rest schedule.

Temperature, lighting, and sound are adjusted to encourage melatonin release, with sleep-supportive amenities available to ease the transition into rest.

During sleep, the cabin is maintained at optimal temperature.

Guests benefit from hypoallergenic bedding.

Waking up, lighting is gradually adjusted to simulate natural waking, aiding circadian reset.

Hydrating beverages and nutrient-rich meals are prepared to support alertness, focus, and physical recovery.

Cabin Training and Development Manager Gemma-Anne Jones says, “Cabin hosts are experts in the art of rest. They cross time zones as often as our members do and understand how vital recovery is to feeling balanced.”

She adds, “Their expertise ensures every environment on board is precisely tuned — from light and temperature to texture — ensuring every flight supports complete rest — wherever our members wake.”
