Privaira Private Aviation has been acquired by TLC Jet in the latest private aviation merger and acquisition activity.

The Boca Raton-based operator and management company brings six charter aircraft to TLC Jet, along with another dozen or so Part 91 jets.

Privaira is Argus Platinum and Wyvern Wingman.

“This is part of our very measured growth plan,” said TLC Jet’s Greg Fell (pictured left).

He added, “In less than a year, we have acquired two MROs, become an authorized Starlink dealer, launched an on-demand charter brokerage, put in place a flexible membership program, and opened a customer lounge at Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport.”

FXE is one of the 25 busiest airports for private jets in the U.S.

313 Equity Partners backs TLC Jet.

“We started the charter brokerage in May, and with Privaira and all our businesses are on a run rate to exceed $100 million in revenues in 2026,” says Founder Justin Firestone.

Asked about future areas of expansion, Fell tells Private Jet Card Comparisons, “There are a lot of possibilities.”

Privaira Charter Fleet

Privaira has a Falcon 2000LXS, a Challenger 604, a Falcon 50, a Lear 60, and a pair of Hawker 800XPs on its Part 135 certificate.

Firestone says, “Privaira has a very loyal base of aircraft owners and charter clients who we look forward to serving.”

He says an immediate benefit for TLC Jet customers is the in-house lift.

“We already have a great list of high-quality operators with world-class safety standards, and having an in-house fleet of high-quality managed aircraft provides our charter customers more flexibility,” says Firestone.

The airplanes will be based at FXE, where TLC Jet is adding a separate hangar.

Firestone says the TLC Jet and Privaira teams will both work on securing more managed aircraft.

The deal is subject to necessary regulatory and governmental approvals.

TLC Jet Growth

Firestone says that, because of TLC Jet’s sister company, Toledo Jet, and its in-house facilities, it can accommodate pre-buy inspections.

Buyers seeking to gain 100% bonus depreciation in 2025 are rushing to close their deals, say experts..

Earlier this year, TLC Jet launched a flexible, dynamic pricing membership.

It also added a program called TLC does TFRs.

The program enables flyers heading to Palm Beach with presidential TFRs to fly into FXE.

The program covers the cost of last-mile ground transportation transfers to their destination if they charter via TLC Jet.

Firestone says it has five dedicated vehicles and is handling over a dozen client transfers per week.

“By flying nonstop into FXE and then transferring directly to their final destination, they can generally ensure they get where they were trying to go at the same time or even earlier,” says Firestone.
