JSX will launch scheduled public charter flights from Santa Monica Airport, SMO, to Las Vegas Harry Reid International Airport.

The new flights start on December 19, 2025.

However, a local group is trying to stop the new flights, according to the Santa Monica Daily Press.

The City of Santa Monica plans to close the airport in 2028.

The new flights also mark the introduction of its ATR 42-600 turboprop fleet.

The aircraft is reconfigured with 30 seats in a 1-by-2 configuration.

A-side seats are solo seats with a side cocktail table.

Initial schedules call for a daily round-trip.

Single-seat prices start at $149.

Schedule varies by date.

Like its other flights aboard Embraer regional jets, JSX will operate from private terminals.

There is also the standard 20-minute check-in.

Passengers get two checked bags, including golf bags and ski equipment, subject to size and weight restrictions.

JSX is rolling out Starlink Wi-Fi across the ATR fleet during the first quarter of 2026, pending certification.
