Stratos Jets is moving to a single-tier ClearSky membership.
The ClearSky membership offers dynamic pricing with a fixed markup.
The program previously had tiers of $100,000, $200,000, and $500,000.
Markup ranged from 10% to 15%.
As of Jan. 1, 2026, there will be a single $200,000 deposit level.
Members will then pay dynamic pricing based on the wholesale charter cost plus a 15% markup.
However, members who fund an account by the end of 2025 will lock in the 12.5% markup for 12 months.
ClearSky also includes mechanical recovery insurance.
Deposits are refundable, less a 12.5% termination fee on remaining funds.
ClearSky is in addition to its Soar fixed-rate jet card program.
