Charter broker V2 Jets has acquired charter broker Corporate Aviation.

Corporate Aviation was based in both Bedford, Massachusetts, and Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

It was founded in 2020.

V2 Jets Co-founder Steven Rosenzweig said, “Corporate Aviation has built meaningful relationships and earned a respected reputation in this industry.”

He adds, “Bringing their team into the V2 Jets family gives us the opportunity to build on that foundation, expand our advisory bench, and continue delivering the experience our clients expect as we grow.”

Seven employees will transition, according to a spokesperson.

Co-founder Guy Endzweig added, “Private aviation has always been about more than arranging flights.”

He continued, “It takes experience, planning, and trusted relationships built over time,” adding, “This acquisition deepens our ability to deliver exactly that – on a greater scale.”

Last year, V2 Jets launched its first fixed-rate jet card program.

It was founded in 2015.

It had around 45 employees before the acquisition.

Corporate Aviation’s John Gabriel posted on social media, “While the name on the door may be changing, what matters most remains exactly the same: my commitment to providing trusted guidance, personalized service, and a safety-first approach to private aviation.”

He wrote, “Joining V2 Jets allows us to combine that personalized approach with expanded resources, stronger global reach, and enhanced capabilities for our clients.”
