The Airline Passenger Experience Association has named JSX best regional airline in North America for the seventh year in a row.
By-the-seat scheduled public charter JSX was tabbed by voters in the Airline Passenger Experience awards as the best regional airline in North America.
It is the seventh consecutive year JSX has won the honors.
JSX operates from private jet terminals and hangars.
Passengers can check in for a domestic flight up to 20 minutes before departure.
It also offers free checked luggage, drinks, snacks, and Starlink WiFi.
JSX uses reconfigured regional jets and turboprops with extra legroom.
APEX CEO Joe Leader said, “Passenger feedback remains one of the clearest indicators of how airlines are delivering on the experiences travelers value most.”
He adds, “This year’s APEX Best Award winners are turning passenger insights into meaningful innovation.”

Last year, JSX was named the favorite North American airline in Travel + Leisure’s World’s Best Awards.
It was also on Condé Nast Traveler’s top airline list last year.
