The by-invitation membership is estimated to cost over $10,000 annually.
Members can share seats on charter flights.
Members can list their flights and sell open seats.
They can propose flights to see whether others are interested in sharing.
They can also buy seats on flights created by other members.
Executive Jet Management will be the principal charter operator.
Partnerships include Discovery Land, Zero Bond, Crane Club, and The Bird Streets Club to provide a flow of members.
