The specialist in mid-and-long-haul private jet flights has made its website more interactive while improving account data for customers

VistaJet has launched a new website designed to be interactive. It includes a number of new functions, including the ability to get an on-demand charter quote on the home page as well as comparison features to various ownership options. The company is also enhancing online tools for customers, including being able to changes flights digitally and download invoices from past flights instantly.

“Our previous website was beautiful and clean, but not conducive to a conversation. It was more of a brochure,” executive vice president, marketing and innovation Matteo Atti tells Private Jet Card Comparisons.

As previously reported by Private Jet Card Comparisons, VistaJet today previewed a new program to provide VIP services for your pets.

It is the latest in a series of announcements over the past year with specialized programs for children, fine dining and oenophiles. VistaJet, which operates super midsize, large cabin and ultra-long-range Bombardier private jets is the only jet card program with a global primary service area that provides one-way rates without ferry fees.

If you haven’t made plans to romance your partner for Valentine’s Day – it’s coming next week – VistaJet could be ready to save you. The global operator of super-midsize, large cabin, and ultra-long-haul private jets is offering “personalized hand-crafted chocolates, a bottle of distinguished Dom Pérignon P2 and a cabin filled with roses.”

VistaJet parent Vista Global acquires XOJET’s fleet and commercial operations

Earlier this year XOJET put itself into play. Last week VistaJet launched a holding company with plans to expand. Voila, a deal!

Earlier this morning Thomas Flohr’s VistaJet announced it had reached an agreement to acquire XOJET via Vista Global, a Dubai based holding company formed earlier this month.  The deal covers XOJET’s business aviation fleet and commercial operations, and the release said XOJET’s regulated air carrier will continue to be independently operated in a joint venture under U.S. control and leadership, in accordance with U.S. Department of Transportation criteria. As first reported by Private Jet Card Comparisons, earlier this year XOJET hired Perella Weinberg Partners to explore its ongoing business options.
