Jet Linx Aviation has launched a new 90-day jet card program. The move comes after requests from consumers looking for short-term private jet options,
“Given the current uncertainty, we have had inquiries from people who aren’t long term users but short term users. They are looking for supplemental options to commercial airlines,” Jamie Walker, President & CEO, of Jet Linx tells Private Jet Card Comparisons.
Both Jet Linx options offer fixed one-way rates and guaranteed availability. Fixed rates apply for reservations at least 48 hours in advance. The private jet operator and management company guarantees availability with as little as eight hours notice.
The first option is a reduced membership fee of $5,000. The normal price is $17,500 for a full year.
After joining, you pay for each flight as you go.
A second option calls for a $37,500 deposit. You use your funds until the end of the 90 days or until they are exhausted.
If you don’t use the funds at the end of 90 days, they can be rolled into a deposit account.
The hourly rates are guaranteed until June 30, 2020.
While Jet Linx flies customers nationally and globally, it operates from 18 U.S. markets.
In each base, it offers its own private terminal, further reducing possible exposure to COVID-19 Coronavirus.
Walker says additional disinfection procedures have been added both in its terminals and the private jets it manages.
To safeguard clients from the potential surface or object contamination, Jet Linx crew members and personnel are placing additional emphasis on wiping down all aircraft cabin surfaces between flights with disinfecting wipes and antimicrobial spray.
Jet Linx private terminals are located in Atlanta, Austin, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Detroit, Ft. Worth, Houston, Indianapolis, Nashville, New York, Omaha, San Antonio, Scottsdale, St Louis, Tulsa, and Washington D.C.
