While global private jet flights advanced 1% week-over-week and remain 18% up for the trailing four weeks compared to 2019, fractional and charter flights are seeing record gains, according to WingX.
In terms of overall private jet activity, North American and U.S. flights increased by 2% in Week 45, ended Nov. 14, 2021.
Flights in California saw the most significant one-week gains up 9%, although Florida continued its historic surge with flights up 3%. For the trailing four weeks, Sunshine State flights were 44% above 2019 levels.
Europe saw a 4% dip for the week as U.K. flights fell 17%. Flights in the Middle East and Africa declined while Asia and South America had increased.

The big news for Week 45 was a double-digit global increase in charter and fractional activity driven by a 22% increase in the U.S.
The boost comes as more providers pull back on jet card sales. Airshare paused sales while Jet Aviation stopped light and midsize jets.
Still, around 40 U.S. providers are selling fixed or capped rate jet cards with guaranteed availability.
California charter and fractional flights increased 29% from week 44 to 45. Texas flights were up 24%, and Florida saw a 23% surge.
Florida Part 135 and 91k flying is now 65% ahead of the same trailing four weeks compared to 2019.
