While the cost of private jet flights is going up, the price of private jet seats is coming down, at least for a limited time.
JSX, which has been rapidly adding routes all year, is offering one-way fares on its scheduled flights between private terminals for as little as $149 per seat each way.
Its Red Stripe Sale is valid for travel through Feb. 28, 2023, for bookings before the end of the month.
Los Angeles and Denver/Boulder to/from Las Vegas, Phoenix-San Diego, and Burbank-Oakland are priced from $149.
Dallas-Orange County is as low as $199 each way, while Love Field-Miami is $249.
At the same time, Blade has dropped New York-Miami and Palm Beach one-way pricing by as little as $1,675 each way on select flights through January.
While JSX and Blade may be chasing flyers to upgrade from first class, they may also find some interest from regular private jet flyers.
According to the just released JET CARD REPORT 2022/23 by Private Jet Card Comparisons, increased prices are the number one reason for seeking new providers.
In the same survey, over 40% of respondents who spend an average of $289,000 per year on jet cards said they are open to jet sharing and by-the-seat options.
