The core of Flexjet’s European fractional fleet, the Praetor 600, is now part of its North American lineup.
Flexjet is marking the addition of Embraer’s Praetor 600 to its North American fleet with a nationwide tour.
The super-midsize jet will visit 15 cities in 12 days, offering prospects a chance to step inside the stand-up cabin.
It joins the Bombardier Challenger 350 and 3500 in Flexjet’s fractional line-up.
The second-largest private jet operator ranked by fractional and charter flight hours already operates the midsize Praetor 500 in its North American fleet.
The Praetor 600 is the core of its European offering.
“Our ultra-modern mid-and super-midsized fleet of aircraft, with its Bombardier Challenger 350/3500s and Embraer Praetor 500s, is like no other. And adding the super midsized Praetor 600 to the fleet is cause for celebration,” said D.J. Hanlon, Flexjet Executive Vice President of Sales, in a press release.
The Praetor 600 features a stand-up 6-foot-high interior and measures 26 feet 8 inches long by 6 feet 10 inches wide.
It has a range of 4,018 nautical miles and a high-speed cruise of 536 mph.
In addition to a divan that seats three, the nine-seat version includes seating that converts to beds, workstations, Wi-Fi connectivity, advanced noise suppression, anti-turbulence technology, and a continuous exchange of fresh, clean air from outside of the aircraft.
By the end of 2023, Flexjet will have 148 midsize and super-midsize aircraft, doubling that portion of its fleet since 2018.
