According to the readers of Conde Nast Traveler, Tradewind Aviation is the third-best airline in the U.S.

In addition to its jet card and on-demand charters, the Pilatus PC-12 operator offers scheduled by-the-seat flights.

According to Conde Nast, “This 20-year-old company operates both charter flights and scheduled shuttles to upscale watering holes like Nantucket and Newport from its Westchester County base in the northeast, and to St. Barts, Antigua, and Anguilla from its San Juan base in the Caribbean.”

It continues, “With its fleet of propeller planes and Citation jets, Tradewind flies out of private air terminals, a definite plus these days.”

Respondents to its 36th Readers’ Choice Awards drew 526,518 voters.

The magazine’s readers cited Tradewind for its “super helpful and generous staff.”

Hawaiian Airlines and Delta Air Lines were ranked second and first in the survey.

Tradewind recently opened a Florida and Bahamas primary service area.
