GlobeAir is extending its lifestyle focus adding hunting trips to its lineup of racing, yachting, and music events.
Private jet flights are becoming “very popular” for hunting trips, according to Austrian private jet operator GlobeAir.
In a promotional email, GlobeAir writes, “Whether you are an avid hunter or like the thrill and excitement of the hunt, there are some great benefits to hiring a private jet for your next hunting trip.”
The key is the ability to travel on short notice to take advantage of prime conditions.
Hunting is an activity that often requires traveling long distances at a moment’s notice to take advantage of peak conditions and optimum destinations.
Flying privately also makes it easier to bring along hunting equipment.
“By flying with a private jet, you can reach remote or smaller airports, and a private jet operator like GlobeAir can take care of all permit approvals and requirements,” says the Citation Mustang operator.
It notes, “Depending on your destination of choice, you could spend upwards of seven hours or more flying in a commercial aircraft to your hunting location.”
The most popular spots in Europe are Western Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, Durham in the United Kingdom, Bavaria in Germany, Austria’s Northern Alpine Foeland, Northern Spain, and the Czech Republic.
The on-demand charter and jet card provider adds, “When you add all the different factors that go into traveling to the airport, checking in your luggage, going through security, and getting approval for transporting a firearm, all before flying anywhere, it becomes clear how much time is wasted.”
GlobeAir’s concierge can also assist flyers with ground arrangements, including transportation.
Earlier this year, GlobeAir extended its Alfa Romeo F1 partnership.
It also offers VIP experiences to yachting and music events.
