Brent Monroe is Chief Growth Officer at Solairus Aviation and Bob Marinace is Chief Experience Officer.
Solairus Aviation has made two leadership moves by appointing a Chief Growth Officer and a Chief Experience Officer.
The move comes as it seeks to “expand the personalized services offered to its managed clients.”
Solairus is the sixth largest North American private jet operator by charter/fractional flight hours, although its main focus is Part 91 aircraft management.
It currently manages over 330 private jets at more than 75 bases.
Brent Monroe is the Chief Growth Officer.
Monroe is a former military aviator who had two tours in Bosnia before joining Bombardier in 2000.
He later joined Leading Edge Aviation Solutions as a consultant before returning to the Canadian OEM.
Monroe moved to Gulfstream in 2013, leading sales teams in the Western US, Canada, and Latin America.
He will spearhead the Company’s fleet development efforts and focus on strengthening the firm’s market leadership position with large cabin aircraft management clients.
At the same time, Bob Marinace has been promoted to Chief Experience Officer or CXO.
He was most recently Senior Executive Vice President.
In his new and expanded role, he will oversee the entire range of customer experience strategies.
Last fall, Solairus relaunched its Altitude jet card program after putting it on hiatus when Covid demand surged to record levels.
